This End User Access and License Agreement (“EUALA”), Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is an agreement between you and Eloquent Media LLC and any one of its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies ("Eloquent Media" or "We" or "us") in relation, but not limited to, any online application, mobile application or website (individually, an “App”), and any updates, patches, improvements, upgrades and expansions that replace or supplement the App. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") sets forth the agreement between Eloquent Media and each user ("you" or "User"). These Terms govern your use of Eloquent Media’s online and mobile apps, including the App and the framework and your personal content through which these services are provided (collectively, the "Services"). You should read these Terms carefully as they set out the basis on which we make the Services available. Eloquent Media’s Privacy Policy is also an integral part of these Terms and is integrated into them by reference. You
