(TDS) for the TDS product accompanying this EULA, which includes the accompanying computer software, its ancillary files, database files, and may include associated media, printed materials and any "online" or electronic documentation ("Software Product "). By installing the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA, you may not install or use the Software Product but you may return it to TDS for a refund.
