THIS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of sign-up date, (the “Effective Date”) is made and entered into by and between Vintory, LLC (“Vintory”), a Maryland limited liability company, and Customer (“Customer”). Vintory and Customer may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
