This Collective Agreement shall be operative and effective as and from the day of , until the 30th day of April, 2016, and there- after from year to year unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of change or termination of this Agreement in writing not more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date of this Agreement and negotiations must begin within fifteen (15) days of the giving of such notice;
