This annual review will be documented by signing and dating the review block on the signature page of this OP. This OP will include protection area maps for all Parties, rates for use of department equipment and personnel, lists of principal personnel, dispatching procedures, and any other items identified in this Agreement as necessary for efficient implementation. This OP shall become attached to and be a part of the Cooperative Fire Protection Agreement (CFPA). This OP takes effect as of the date of the last signature and will remain in effect until superseded by a new OP or upon expiration of the agreement.
