This International Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Regents of the University of New Mexico, for its public operation known as the Health Sciences Center, specifically for the School of Medicine (“UNMHSC”) located in Albuquerque, NM, USA, and National University of Rosario (“Foreign University”), having its principal place of business at Santa Fe 3100, Rosario 2000 Argentina. “Party” or “Parties” shall also be used, and respectively to reference that certain party.
