This Agreement is made by and between (End User) and ACUTRAQ. End User employs ACUTRAQ herein for a period beginning the date of this contract and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party with or without cause. This agreement may be terminated at any time on fifteen (15) days written notice or immediately if this contract has been violated.
