This addendum is entered into and made part of the above mentioned Boat Slip Lease Agreement this day of , between hereinafter called Lessee, and the Lake Canyon Yacht Club, hereinafter called Lessor. Lessee and Lessor enter into this addendum for the purpose of documenting boat co-ownership or allowing Lessee to moor a different boat, which is owned by Lessee, in the slip.
