This Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA or Agreement) between the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and COMPANY (Collaborator) will be effective when signed by all Parties (Effective Date), entered into by NIST under its authority under Title 15, United States Code section 3710a. The research and development activities which will be undertaken by the Parties in the course of this CRADA are detailed in the Research Plan which is attached as part of Appendix A. Any exceptions or changes to the terms of the CRADA are set forth in Appendix B. NIST and Collaborator may also be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
