This Master Cloud Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is incorporated in the Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) between WellSky Corporation and its Affiliates, with offices at 11300 Switzer Road, Overland Park, Kansas 66210 (“WellSky”), and Company. This Agreement governs Company’s use of the Cloud Services, defined below. Each of WellSky and Company may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.” The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date of last signature on the BAA (“Effective Date”).
