This agreement is for a minimum of 500 units, at the current rate of $0.91 per unit, in U.S. Funds and a maximum of 2500 units. In case of insufficient funds, this agreement shall be null and void until funds are paid to the Writer/:Publisher in full. The agreement shall be renewed with each subsequent pressing of the Album containing the song, under provisions of the Copyright Act. The fee for mechanical license shall be paid to the Writer and or Publisher upon completion and release of the Album for commercial or private sale.
