TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Applicant agrees and undertakes: That this Agreement only becomes final and binding on acceptance of the Applicants application by the Deeds Office Pretoria. That, subject to the provisions of clause 1, this Agreement is final and binding and not subject to any suspensive or resolutive conditions. That no alterations or additions to this Agreement may be effected unless reduced to writing and signed by the Account holder and the Deeds Office Pretoria. The Account holder: Warrants that all information supplied to the Deeds Office Pretoria in the Application are accurate, true, complete and correct and will continue to remain accurate, true, complete and correct in all respects and; Will be obliged to inform the Deeds Office Pretoria if any of the information supplied in the Application change. The Account holder undertakes to inform the Deeds Office Pretoria in writing within 7 days of any change of Director, Member, Shareholder, Owner, Partn
