This Third Amendment to the Consolidated County Franchise Agreement for Solid Waste Collection and Removal (“Third Amendment”) is made and entered into this day of 2022, by and between the COUNTY OF MARIN, a political subdivision of the State of California, herein after referred to as “County” and MILL VALLEY REFUSE SERVICE, INC., a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Company” (County and Company are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
