This Charter for Tybee Island Maritime Academy (“Charter”) is entered into by and between Tybee Island Charter School Inc. (“Petitioner”), the Savannah-Chatham County Board of Education (“Local Board”) and the State Board of Education (“State Board”) (collectively referred to as “the parties”).
