The principles are in line with the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), the fundamental principles and rights of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact (Davos, 1999). Windel GmbH & Co. KG also strives to exceed these minimum standards whenever possible.
