This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among plaintiff Brandi Salls (“Named Plaintiff”) and all those on whose behalf he is prosecuting this action (each of them a “Plaintiff” and all of them “Plaintiffs”), on the one hand, and defendant Digital Federal Credit Union (“Defendant”), on the other hand, as of the date executed below. All references in this Agreement to a “party” or the “parties” shall refer to a party or the parties to this Agreement.
