THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is made and entered into by and between Dignity Health, doing business as Mercy San Juan Medical Center, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Hospital”), and Cares Community Health, doing business as One Community Health, a California nonprofit corporation (“Center”). Hospital and Center are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties.”
