This agreement is made for good and valuable consideration between the parties listed above, identified as Event Participant and Host. The purpose is to facilitate the Event Participant’s role in Harbor Days for the dates, times, locations and other defined things in this agreement. The parties agree to be bound by the Master Agreement, which shall be made available to the Event Participant upon request. The Master Agreement shall be incorporated and integrated with this agreement for the mutual benefit of the parties. Any bid or proposal submitted by the Event Participant shall also become attached to this agreement upon approval by the Host and may be referred to as Exhibit A.
