This EULA is a binding agreement between Capcom U.S.A., Inc. (“Capcom”) and you (“You”) and governs Your use of (i) the Capcom game, including updates and additional content (the “Game”) and (ii) related online services (“Service”). Capcom’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which can be found on http://www.capcom.com/capcom/legal_privacy/privacy.html, forms an integral part of this EULA and is incorporated herein by reference.
