This Agreement represents the terms and conditions governing the use of Interra Online and Interra Mobile, which jointly may be referred to as “service or services.” This Agreement is between Interra Credit Union (hereinafter “we, us, our or Credit Union”), and any individual person, authorized sign- er or business entity (hereinafter “you, your and yours”) that we permit to use the Online Banking services subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
