The purpose of the VDR is to provide a location for the review of the Sourcing and Procurement Spend Analytics Application and Services Agreement - Contract # C19LBS38667 (the “BC Bid Contract”). BPS Entities, as defined in the draft Access Agreement attached as Appendix 3, interested in gaining access to the BC Bid Contract are required to complete this form and Appendices 1 and 2 (attached) and return the completed documents to the VDR Contact Person identified below. Only BPS Entities that submit complete documents will be eligible to access the VDR.
