This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”), dated this day of 2017, is between the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”), the City of Tempe (“Tempe”), NatureWorks, LLC (“NW”), a Minnesota limited liability company, and DTEnvironmental, a subsidiary of DariTech, Inc. (“DTE”), a corporation. Each of ASU, Tempe, NW, and DTE may be referred to as a “Party”, and collectively, the “Parties.”
