The Fleet Department has identified the need to replace one (1) loader within ACHD’s fleet. The loader being purchased will be assigned to Cloverdale. As authorized by Idaho Code Section 67-2803(1), Western States has offered to sell one (1) 950 loader to ACHD at the same price and terms they bid to National Join Powers Alliance (NJPA). Fleet also desires to add available options to best suit the loaders for ACHD’s work.
