Broker is required to attend Auction (unless on-line), property previews with Buyer(s) and must forward this form electronically (info@buyatauction.com) or before October 28, 2016 at 5:00 PM to register their Buyer. Broker understands that they represent the Buyer and not the Seller and will hold harmless Auction Company and Seller from any and all claims, costs or expenses, including reasonable Attorney fees, which may arise out of any action in connection with the Sale of this property.
