This STANDARD PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO (the “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, through an authorized representative of the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (the “BOCC”), and Western Slope Concrete LLC dba Casey Concrete (the “Contractor”) whose principal place of business is 14682 Highway 82, Carbondale, CO 81623, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Garfield County Procurement Code.
