This Research Data Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) and the research institution or other organization listed below (“Grantee”) and, solely for the purposes set forth in Section 5(d), Facebook Ireland Ltd. (“FIL”). This Agreement consists of this signature page, the general terms and conditions attached hereto (“Terms and Conditions”), and any schedules attached to the Terms and Conditions. The signature date of the last party hereto to sign this Agreement will be this Agreement’s effective date (“Effective Date”).
