This Professional Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 31st day of July, 2021, by and between KAZMI ADVISORS, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Consultant”), and Salt & Light Coalition, an Illinois not-for profit corporation (“Client”) (each of Consultant and Client is hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
