COMMISSION (“HHSC”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following Interagency Cooperation Contract for continued operations of the Children with Special Health Care Needs (“CSHCN”) Services Program (healthcare benefits component) and the Prenatal Medical/Dental and Child Health/Dental components of the Title V Maternal and Child Health (“MCH”) Fee-for-Service Program (collectively, the “Programs”) (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of The Interagency Cooperation Act, Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
