This Economic Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of March, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Franklin, Indiana (“RDC”), as the governing body of the City of Franklin, Indiana Redevelopment District, and G&H Wire Company, Inc. (“G&H”), a Delaware company. (Collectively, the RDC and G&H are the “Parties”).
