THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) by and between Zippy Shell USA, LLC. (“Zippy Shell”) and “Customer”, whose name and addresses are set forth in the Addendum to Services Agreement (the “Addendum”), which Addendum is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof, is effective as of the date Customer accepts this Agreement by returning a signed copy of the Addendum to Zippy Shell, or the date the Container is picked up in accordance with this Agreement, whichever is earlier (the “Effective Date”), for the purpose of transporting the Container on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
