This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Snapt, Inc and/or Snapt Systems (RF) (Pty) Ltd (the applicable entity/ies being dependant on the product, offering and jurisdiction of use). This EULA governs your license for the Snapt software product(s) and/or services identified above and/or which may otherwise be referenced in your invoice or purchase order, which may include application delivery, load balancing, web acceleration, threat intelligence, networking, security and other software products, platforms, applications (collectively, "Software and Services").
