The manufacturer/supplier (the Company) warrants to the original end-user purchas- er (the Purchaser) that its SV 800 and SV 803 Heat Guns (the Product), if properly operated and maintained, and used under normal conditions, shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The obligation of the Company, and Purchaser’s SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY hereunder, shall be limited to one of the following, at the Company’s option:
