THIS RESEARCH AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”), effective July 1, 2019 (“Effective Date”) between Utah State University, a State-owned Educational Institution, having an office at 1415 Old Main Hill, Room 64, Logan, Utah 84322-1415 (“USU”) and Eagle Mountain City, a Utah municipal corporation having an office and place of business at 1650 East Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005 (“SPONSOR”). USU and SPONSOR each may be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
