This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for/until: 5 Years (“Initial Term”). At the end of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew each year for an additional 1 year term (each a “Renewal Term”), unless otherwise terminated in writing sixty (60) days in advance of the Renewal Term. The “Term” shall refer to both the Initial Term and the Renewal Terms.
