This Agreement covers all business carried on by Macquarie in connection with your securities trading account or accounts. By signing this Agreement, or if you do not sign this Agreement but you carry on or continue to carry on business with Macquarie, you agree that this shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement for the business between you and Macquarie, and that this Agreement shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and Macquarie with effect from the date upon which you first transact any business with Macquarie.
