WCI Communities, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“WCI”) is the owner of the real property and facilities comprising Pelican Preserve Golf Club (the “Club”) in Lee County, Florida (the “Club Property”) and is the operator of the Club. The Member wishes to own, maintain and utilize his or her own private golf cart (“Golf Cart”) on the Club Property, including the golf course. The Club and WCI have agreed to permit such use subject to the terms and conditions of this Private Golf Cart Agreement (“Agreement”) and those contained in the Pelican Preserve Golf Club Rules and Regulations on file at the Club and which may be amended from time to time.
