This Agreement is made and entered into as of January 03, 2022 by and between the City of Winters, a California municipal corporation with its principal place of business at 318 First Street, Winters, CA 95694 (“City”), and MV Cheng & Associates, Inc. a - California Corporation with its principal place of business at 102 W. 24th St., Upland, CA 91784 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
