This agreement is entered into among (the "Client") and Financial Fiduciaries, LLC. ("Adviser"), a registered investment adviser. Client, being duly authorized, hereby agrees to employ and retain Adviser to act as investment manager for the accounts listed on the attached Schedule A (hereinafter referred to as “Account”, whether one or more) in accordance with the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
