Memberium Master Partner AgreementMaster Partner Agreement • March 12th, 2021
This agreement governs your enrollment and participation in the Memberium Certified Partner Program. You should review this agreement carefully, as you must accept it in order to participate. This agreement will be supplemented by mutually-signed Memberium Certified Partner Program Addendum for each specific Partner Program (such as Memberium Certified Partner or Referral Partners – called a “Program” here) in which we agree you will participate. This agreement is effective as of the first date that (a) Memberium and the Partner have both signed it, and (b) Memberium has notified the Partner (in writing – usually by email) of acceptance into the Memberium Partner Program (the “Effective Date”).
