This First Amendment Relating to Purchase Agreement, dated the day of April, 2016, is entered into by and between RDC National, Inc. (“Buyer”) and the City of Moorhead, Minnesota (“Seller”) in relation to the approximately twenty (20) acres of vacant land legally described as (or to be legally described as) Lot 2, Block 2, MCCARA 3rd Addition to the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota (the “Property”), as more particularly described in the Purchase Agreement signed by Seller on October 21, 2015 and by Buyer on October 26, 2015 (the “Purchase Agreement”).
