Any person or organization accessing or attempting to access the online or Electronic trading services of or any affiliate of Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C, (referred to Herein as “Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C”) must first agree to the terms of this agreement. Such services Shall include all statement reviews, new account origination, internet trading and Electronic order entry and reports, market, trading general information, including Quotes, charts, news, and systems information, all clearing and back office functions and Services, all provided by Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C to user (“software”), the Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C web Site, as well as any other services that may be added from time to (“collectively Referred to herein as“the systems”).
