American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus, a Georgia corporation engaged in the business of underwriting and selling certain insurance policies in the United States of America (“Aflac”), and the undersigned (“Producer”), in consideration of their obligations in this Agreement and intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:
