This Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Service Agreement (the “Agreement") is effective July 1, 2021, between the Town of Taos, New Mexico, a municipal corporation (the "Town") whose notice address is 400 Camino de La Placita, Taos New Mexico, 87571, and Downtown Taos, LLC. ("Contractor") designate for the Taos MainStreet program whose notice address is P.O. Box 3636, Taos, NM 87571 (collectively known as the "Parties").
