This inter-company agreement constitutes the binding agreement and commitment of the signatories in relation to the transfer and processing of Customer Personal Data in respect of the HPE Services within the HPE Group (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is effective as of 15 March 2019 (“Effective Date”) by and among the signatories to the Agreement hereto, as may be modified or changed from time to time to add or delete signatories in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
