The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Comal County Family Violence Shelter Inc. dba Crisis Center of Comal County (“Grantee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” to that certain Family Violence Program Residential and Non-residential Services Contract dated September 1, 2019, and denominated as HHSC Contract No. HHS000380000050 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
