This ED TECH SERVICES AND DATA SHARING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 8, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as Chicago Public Schools, (the “Board” or “CPS”), and Learning A-Z, LLC dba VocabularySpellingCity and WritingCity, with principal place of business located at 1840 E.
