THIS BETA TEST AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between Record System, Inc, a Delaware corporation whose principal place of business is located at 817 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV, 89101, USA (“Record System”) and the person or entity identified at the end of this Agreement as “Beta Test Customer” (“Customer”). Record System and Customer are jointly referred to as “parties” and individually as a “party” to this Agreement.
