In recognition of the fact that NMSU Auxiliary Services and NMSU Facilities and Services both currently operate maintenance and custodial departments, and as a result of the desire of both departments to reduce costs though efficiencies, NMSU intends to create a management and services agreement between the Auxiliary Services, hereinafter named "Auxiliaries" and “ Facilities and Services”, hereinafter referred to as "FS”.
