The Effective Date of this Agreement is the date the Agreement and the License Agreement, in the form of Exhibit A, are last signed by the parties to both the Agreement and License Agreement. RE C I T AL S A. City represents that it currently is the sole owner of the Existing Vaults located at the Sonoma Reservoir site as shown on Exhibit B. B. City has requested the Water Agency to relocate flow meters presently located elsewhere
