This agreement is made for the participation in the 2019 Fall Showcase of Homes hereinafter referred to as “Showcase” between the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley, a non-profit corporation, whose address is 105 E. Grove Street, Mishawaka, IN 46545 hereinafter referred to as “HBASJV” and Builders Showcase Entrant, as identified on the Information Page that follows and hereinafter be referred to, in this agreement as "Participant" or “Builder”.
